A coaching centre in Uttarakhand was sealed for violating safety norms, following the drowning of three IAS aspirants in Delhi. Officials warned other centres to address safety issues like fire extinguishers and emergency exits. Many centres lacked proper ventilation, lighting, and seating arrangements. Failure to comply with safety standards will result in strict action.
