Telangana has officially enforced Scheduled Caste (SC) sub-categorization, becoming the first state in India to do so after Supreme Court approval. The move aims to fairly distribute reservation benefits among SC sub-castes. Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy highlighted the meticulous legal process involved.
