US Department of Education launches Title IX investigation into Wisconsin school district

The inquiry will assess whether the district violated federal law by granting access based on gender identity rather than biological sex. Concerns were raised by parents and a student during school board meetings, while a proposal to separate facilities by biological sex failed to pass.
